David attended culinary school in France and has been a chef for over twenty five years.
He worked as a chef in England, St. Martin and Anguilla. He was the Head Chef at Fabulous Feast in St.Martin for eight years before opening his own catering company and restaurant “L’ardoise”.
He was Head Chef at Madeariman at Shoal Bay in Anguilla from 2017 to 2020.
Erica has experience as well in the restaurant industry as she was the owner and manager of Daisy’s Restaurant in Anguilla.
Our dynamic couple duo business was created with a combination of our names.
