“We were fortunate to have two fabulous meals prepared for us by David and Erica. It was immediately evident that they love what they do and their cheerful enthusiasm added to our experience.
Our breakfast began with beautifully presented fresh fruit and pastries which were delicious. We each had custom ordered omelets and I enjoyed a delicious roasted tomato’s on the sides. There were several additional options such as some roasted fresh tomato slices. Which were divine!
For dinner there were several options. all were beautifully prepared and presented. I enjoyed snapper which was cooked to perfection accompanied with equally delicious and artistically presented sides of roasted asparagus and potato. We all saved a little room for some profiteroles with decadent chocolate aside.
They made each meal fun, relaxing and most surely delicious. “

From the planning of the meals to the actual food taste/quality, presentation and service it was the best experience we have had. We typically have a private chef when we travel and I can say hands down this was top-notch!
We enjoyed 3 different distinct meals, 2 dinners and one brunch. So delicious and flavorful!
By the time we left Anguilla, David and Erica started to feel like part of our family. So good at what they do and great people!!!
One thing we found nice that we weren’t used to is their pricing up front. We didn’t have to purchase a ton of groceries for them to be used just in that meal and then go to waste when we left. Instead, they provided upfront pricing per plate and provided the rest. It was perfect for our family!!
